We offer counselling appointments in-person from our locations in Billericay and Basildon in Essex.

We also offer online counselling services across the UK and other countries.

Your matched therapist will cater to your specific needs as an individual client. Our aim is to facilitate you overcoming your own unique personal challenges that may be affecting your life.

How it Works in Three Steps

1. Contact Us

Assessments are free of charge and last up to 30 minutes. We will invite you to tell us what your needs are.

2. Decide What Works for You

After your assessment, we will agree availability and confirm regular appointments with one of our trained counsellors at a time and location that suits you.

3. Meet Your Therapist

Your therapist will explore your needs with you and begin your therapeutic process. Every six to eight weeks, your therapist will review the work with you to ensure goals and expectations are being met and how therapy is working for you.
