Counselling Session Fees
No matter how big, small or insurmountable you believe your problem to be, the right help is always available.
We will always put you in touch with professionals and organisations that can help, if we feel we are unable to provide a service.
We are committed to helping you.
All counselling sessions are weekly for fifty minutes.
£10 to £20
If you have a low income or are in financial hardship we will offer you counselling at a reduced rate of £20.
If you are unemployed we can further reduce this to £10.
These are sessions where you will work with a therapist at the very end of their training, either in-person or online, subject to availability.

Each individual has unique circumstances and needs for support in therapy.
These video sessions are for all individual online counselling appointments via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Online work is more affordable and convenient, yet just as effective. Get in touch today to see how we can help.

You may prefer an in-person experience, or do not have access to technology.
These sessions are individual in-person counselling appointments.
We have in-person appointments available in Billericay, Wickford and Basildon.
