Sometimes we want an in-person experience, or simply do not have access to technology. Sessions are weekly for fifty minutes.

These sessions are for all individual face-to-face adult counselling and coaching.

We have face-to-face appointments available in Chelmsford, Billericay and Basildon.
Sliding Scale
Concessions for Key Workers & Unemployed People
Concessions are offered for NHS Key Workers and people in unemployment or on low income. We offer a sliding scale that's affordable to each individual.

If you are in financial hardship, unemployed, or a key worker, please contact us to explain your situation, so we can see how we can help with fees.

These sessions are online or via telephone.
