How it Works

How it Works in Three Steps

1. Book an Appointment

Assessments last up to one hour and cost £30. We will invite you to tell us what you need help with.

2. Decide What Works for You

After your assessment, we will agree availability and confirm regular appointments with one of our trained counsellors at a time and location that suits you.

3. Meet Your Therapist

Your therapist will explore your needs with you and begin your therapeutic process. Every six to eight weeks, your therapist will review the work with you to ensure goals and expectations are being met and how therapy is working for you.
